Guy's London journey: a marathon for charity
Join us in supporting WBro Guy Smith's incredible charity run from Northumberland to London, raising vital funds for the Northumberland 2031 Festival Appeal.

An extraordinary challenge for a worthy cause
WBro Guy Smith is embarking on an extraordinary challenge: running from the Northumberland Provincial Office, 17 Lansdowne Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, all the way to Freemasons' Hall in London. This remarkable journey is in aid of the Northumberland 2031 Festival Appeal, raising crucial funds to support charitable causes and make a lasting difference in our communities.

A journey of fellowship and purpose
What makes this challenge even more special is Guy's plan to call in at eight Provincial Lodges along the route to London. He will be meeting Brethren, sharing fellowship, and spreading awareness for the Appeal. Final lodge visits are still being confirmed, adding even more excitement as the journey unfolds. From Newcastle to London, every mile run represents determination, resilience, and the true spirit of Freemasonry through charity.

More than a run: a charitable mission
Guy’s London Journey is special because it is not simply a run to London — it is a charitable mission, a personal challenge, and a journey that brings people together. The scale of the challenge alone, running from Northumberland Provincial Office to Freemasons' Hall, is an extraordinary test of stamina and determination. By doing this for the Northumberland 2031 Festival Appeal, Guy is turning effort into fundraising, using every mile to help charitable causes and support others, giving everyone a reason to care beyond the sporting challenge itself.
